User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity performed through a user’s account will be considered the user’s own responsibility.

Job & Content Policy

RapidGigs is committed to maintaining a safe, ethical, and professional environment.

• YouTube watch jobs containing obscene, sexual, adult, or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
• Ads click or Ads view jobs involving obscene, misleading, or harmful content are not allowed.
• Job providers must ensure that all submitted content complies with platform policies before posting any task.

Violation of these rules may result in job cancellation, balance removal, or account suspension or termination.

Platform Fees & Charges

RapidGigs charges a service fee for certain platform features and transactions.

• A 7% job posting fee applies to eligible job postings.
• A $0.05 fee for every 100 screenshots submitted with a job applies where applicable.
• Once a job is approved, job posting fees and screenshot fees are non-refundable.
• All transactions are processed securely through the RapidGigs platform.
• RapidGigs reserves the right to modify platform fees at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform before they become effective.

Payments & Refund Policy

• All deposits made to RapidGigs are non-refundable once successfully credited to the user's account.
• RapidGigs does not support any form of refund.
• Users must carefully review all details before completing a payment.
• Payments made to any address other than the official RapidGigs payment address are the sole responsibility of the user, and RapidGigs will not be held liable.

Withdrawal Policy

• Earnings will be transferred to the wallet only after reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Users may withdraw funds in local or international currencies.
• Withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to be processed.
• Withdrawals may be canceled if violations, fraudulent activities, or the use of unauthorized third-party payment accounts is detected.

Multiple Accounts & Fraud Policy

• Users are strictly prohibited from creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple devices, changing IP addresses, or any method to bypass system restrictions is not allowed.
• Any form of fraud, cheating, or unfair practice to increase earnings is strictly prohibited.
• RapidGigs verifies all registered accounts. Providing false, misleading, or unreasonable information is not permitted.
• Account information must not be shared, transferred, sold, or accessed by others.

Violation of these rules may result in permanent account termination without prior notice.

Account Verification

• RapidGigs may require users to complete identity verification (KYC) to access certain features or process withdrawals.

RapidGigs does not guarantee any specific income or earnings. User earnings depend on task availability, performance quality, and compliance with platform rules.

Third-Party Software & Activities

RapidGigs will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of third-party software, applications, tools, websites, or unauthorized methods.

Users are solely responsible for using any third-party software or services at their own risk.

Copyright Policy

RapidGigs does not permit copyrighted content. Users must ensure that they own or have the necessary rights to any content they post. Any user found posting or claiming ownership of content that does not belong to them may face account suspension or termination. If you realize that you have submitted copyrighted content without authorization, you must remove it immediately.
